Your team stays in control of the product model.

This is how the licence works. You pay one fixed amount per month for your whole company. Never per user, so everyone who works with quotes can join in without the bill growing. On top of that you choose which modules you need. The 3D configurator, the dealer portal and the website configurator are separate modules, each with its own fixed amount per month. The level of your licence depends on your situation and we work it out together in the first call. That way you know exactly where you stand before you commit.

Self-managed modelling, with support when you need it

You know your product. Engineering and product experts capture the rules, options and relationships in RulePro themselves. During onboarding we train your team, review the first product line and check the model structure. Your team can then continue independently. We are available for difficult modelling questions.

Connect freely with your own systems

An integration does not have to create a dependency on a consultant. Your own team or integration partner can build a connection to, for example, ERP, PDM or a customer portal using the API, OpenAPI documentation and webhooks. We are happy to help with the approach or difficult parts, while you remain free to build and manage the connection yourself.

Guided pilot for €4,900 excl. VAT

The pilot uses your own product. Your team sets up a first product line in RulePro. We train, review and help with difficult choices. The goal is a working first product line and a team that can then manage rules, options and product lines itself.

After the pilot the decision is yours. You move to a regular subscription or you stop. The pilot fee is deducted from the implementation if you continue.

Why do you not charge per user?

Who builds the product model?
Your own team builds and manages the product model. RulePro trains, checks the structure and helps with difficult modelling questions.
Can I build integrations myself?
Yes. Your own team or integration partner can build a connection using the API, OpenAPI documentation and webhooks. RulePro can help where useful, but you are not dependent on a mandatory consultant for every change.
